The Space Age Fleet Card Program

The Space Age Fleet Card Program is a way for you to keep track of your employees’ purchases. You can set limits and controls by card and even restrict what they purchase and when they purchase it. Our system works great for fleets of ANY size.

Program Perks

  • There are absolutely NO FEES for this program
  • $0.08 Off per Gallon for Diesel & $0.03 Off per Gallon for Gas/DEF Fleets
  • Volume Based Quarterly Rebates
  • The program gives you a choice to customize the functionality of your fleet cards as much or as little as needed
  • All transactions are run through the Intevacon Fleet Card System (much like a credit/debit card)
  • Product limitations can be set by account or by individual cards
  • You may have as many cards as you would like. The cards can be assigned to either a driver, vehicle, or department
  • Driver ID/ PINs can be customized or generated randomly
  • Prompts for the cards can also be customized (PIN only, PIN & Odometer, PIN & Driver ID, Driver ID only, Odometer only, etc.)
  • Daily monetary or gallon limits can be set by card or across the entire account
  • There is a management portal available to you that allows the Company Administrator to make changes to the cards, access transactions in real time, view invoices, and run customized reports
  • Weekly statements can be accessed with a breakdown of who, when, and where the card was used

As a trucker, I almost always stop here, headed in or out of Portland. Diesel prices are best in area for OR. . . .This place blows the doors off the nearby Pilot, as far as truckstop amenities.

I stop here once a week to fuel up, and love the donuts they have. They're delicious. Always welcomed with a big smile from the cashier, Isabell. She’s very nice & friendly. We need more workers like her 👍 Keep up the good work Space Age.
